About Shane

Shane Cooke

Shane is a holistic healing practitioner, ceremonialist and guide, supporting people on journeys of self-discovery, healing and personal growth. Drawing on Holosomatic Breathwork, Pranayama, Conscious Connected Breathwork, meditation, Reiki, sound therapy, somatic practices and the mindful use of cacao as a plant ally, his work invites people to reconnect with the wisdom of the body, cultivate deeper self-awareness, and discover a greater sense of balance, freedom and inner peace.

Every session is grounded in presence, compassion and awareness of the nervous system, creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore their inner world at their own pace. Shane's approach weaves together evidence-informed practices with timeless wisdom traditions, supporting emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, authentic connection and meaningful personal transformation.

At the heart of his work is a simple belief: when we reconnect with ourselves, with others and with nature, lasting change becomes possible.

About Dot

Dorothy Nelson

Dot is a holistic practitioner with a BSc in Medical Anthropology and over 25 years’ experience working face-to-face with people through therapeutic interventions, particularly around behaviour change, personal development and relationships.

Fascinated by both ancient approaches to wellbeing and the modern science that helps us understand them, Dot brings together Breathwork and its relationship with our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves; an embodied understanding of the body through movement, mobility, massage using various modalities including 'Rope Flow'; as well as coaching and therapeutic approaches that support deeper self-awareness and change. Her work is grounded in nervous-system awareness and a belief in our innate capacity to adapt, heal, grow and reconnect, recognising that our bodies, breath, emotions, relationships and life experiences are deeply interconnected.

Whether through movement, breath, touch, conversation or deeper self-exploration, Dot creates space for people to understand themselves more fully, release patterns that may no longer serve them and develop greater trust in their body and inner knowing. Ultimately, her work is about freedom, freedom to choose, breathe, move, feel and live with greater ease, and to find a way home to ourselves.
