One-to-One Sessions
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled free of charge or refunded if requested.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in full payment being retained.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and forfeited.
Events, Workshops & Group Sessions
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future event.
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.
Short-Notice Changes
- Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the event are not refundable, but may be transferred to a future event.
- Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferred at our discretion.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Non-Attendance
- Failure to attend without prior notice will result in full payment being retained.
3. Transfers
- Where possible, transfers to another date or offering may be allowed, but are not guaranteed, particularly for short-notice changes.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
- Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but this does not guarantee a refund or transfer.
- Proof may be requested.
5. Cancellation by Us
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to a future date
6. Agreement
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You accept responsibility for managing your own schedule and attendance.
