Holosomatic® Breathwork is a powerful and immersive approach to self-exploration, combining conscious connected breathing, evocative music and somatic awareness to create an opportunity for profound emotional, physical and personal discovery.
Throughout life, we experience stress, challenges and emotions that can shape how we think, feel and respond to the world around us. Over time, we can develop patterns of tension, emotional disconnection and automatic responses that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from who we truly are. Sometimes, understanding these patterns through the mind alone isn't enough.
Holosomatic Breathwork offers a different way to explore ourselves, working directly with the breath, body and nervous system to access deeper levels of awareness, explore emotional experiences and discover new perspectives on ourselves and our lives.
A one-to-one session allows us to take this exploration further, with an experience tailored to you, your intentions and your individual needs. Through personal guidance, music and integration, you are supported throughout a journey that can be deeply moving, insightful and transformative.
Whether you're seeking emotional clarity, greater self-connection, personal growth or simply feel that something within you is ready for change, this is an opportunity to explore what lies beneath the surface and discover what becomes possible when you give yourself the space to truly feel.
There are times in life when you realise you are functioning, but not truly feeling. You're getting through each day, holding everything together, doing what needs to be done, yet somewhere beneath the surface, something feels disconnected.
You might be carrying tension that never quite settles, reacting more quickly than you'd like, feeling overwhelmed, emotionally flat, exhausted, or simply disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you've spent years understanding your experiences, talking things through, recognising your patterns and making sense of your past, yet your body still holds tension, your nervous system remains on alert, and something within you feels unresolved. Sometimes, understanding the story isn't enough. We need to create space to feel what has been held, reconnect with our bodies, and explore what lies beneath the thinking mind.
This method can support you with:
It is not about fixing you. It is about giving your system the conditions it needs to reset, integrate and remember its own capacity to heal.
My one to one sessions are designed to be a sanctuary of safety, where self-love and self-expression are encouraged and honoured. This space is free from judgment and supported by a shared intention or supporting healing of mind, body and spirit. Through the gentle guidance of these practices, you are invited to turn inward, embracing and honouring your own emotions, needs, and stories. This safe container fosters vulnerability and authenticity, encouraging you to let go of self-criticism and nurture compassion for yourself. You are invited to express yourself freely, creating a sense of belonging, inner peace, and acceptance that lingers long after the session closes.
The breathwork technique for attaining Holotropic and Transpersonal states involves three distinct phases: Activation, Exploration, and Expansion. We always start with a grounding phase of around 5 minutes to establish a sense of presence.
We begin slowly, with grounding, a gentle check in, and space to set an intention for your journey.
You will lie down comfortably, fully supported, warm and safe. I guide you into connected breathing rhythms, steady and conscious, the music carrying you as your body begins to open. You will flow through the phases, fully guided, I am there the entire time, holding the space, tracking your nervous system, offering reassurance and support wherever it is needed.
The active breathing journey usually lasts around 60 to 90 minutes, allowing enough time for the process to unfold naturally, without rush or pressure.
Where appropriate, I may offer supportive bodywork. This is always invitational and consent based. Gentle touch, grounding contact, or focused pressure can help release areas of stored tension, support emotional expression, and assist the nervous system to complete stress responses that were previously interrupted. Sometimes the body needs a little help to finish what it could not finish at the time. Bodywork can support that completion in a safe and contained way.
Afterwards, we allow time to land, to integrate, to speak if words are there, or to sit quietly if they are not. This part is just as important as the breathing itself. It allows your system to settle, your insights to root, and your experience to be gently woven back into everyday life.
You leave grounded, not rushed, steady in your body, with space around whatever has moved.
Taking a little time to prepare can make a meaningful difference to your experience, helping you arrive feeling comfortable, present and ready to explore your Holosomatic® Breathwork journey.
Your wellbeing is always a priority. Please approach your session with openness, honesty and respect for your own physical and emotional needs.

I went into this holosomatic breathwork session feeling tired and honestly not that open to it. I’ve experienced a few breathwork sessions before and never really felt much shift, so my expectations were quite low. But this was completely different. From the start, Shane created a space that felt safe, and grounded. I experienced a level of clarity and release that I hadn’t accessed before. It felt like something really shifted within me and I could really let go. Since that day, I can genuinely say I’ve felt different. My mind feels clearer, calmer, and more spacious. It’s like a weight I didn’t fully realise I was carrying has lifted. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shane and this experience to anyone, whether you’re new to breathwork or have tried it before.

I had been to breathwork sessions before but not on this level. Shane is an amazing space holder and is fantastic at explaining everything clearly and making you feel comfortable and safe. The breathwork was really tailored to me and my needs and with the blending of the music and sound, I was able to really delve deep into what needed to be released. I'm not going to sugar-coat it, it's tough journey but I have been able to process things that years of therapy couldn't. I'm eternally grateful for the work Shane does and will be booking in regularly to keep finding those little forgotten prices of myself.

HOLOSOMATIC BREATHWORK 1-2-1 This was an incredible experience. Shane had already created and set the space before I arrived putting thought and care into everything. I immediately felt at ease and supported which is essential for this kind of inner work. Before the breathwork started Shane outlined exactly the process and we introduced some movement and set intentions for the session so I felt fully prepared before the breathwork began. The breathwork itself was not easy or passive it was fully engaged and enhanced by music and Shanes guidance. I felt seen, heard, held - I wont go too much into my personal experience because it would be different for everyone but personally I felt a huge release of emotion and immense sense of gratitude. Thank you thank you thank you I cannot wait to come again.
