Come sit in sacred space and share your heart and womb's prayer with the wise spirit of cacao. Let her hold you as you journey into your womb to see what needs tender healing. The womb holds all stories of our life and ancestors, sometimes the pain and patterns we have is not our own but those who have walked before us. When we heal our womb we create space for the blessings of much needed ancient gifts, this can be peace with something that has been draining you or psychic abilities that have been shut down due to trauma. Sometimes our womb just needs sacred space to be held and listened too. I have witnessed profound, life changing healings in womb ceremonies.

The Cacao Tree is known as medicine for women in many indigenous cultures, the pod representing the womb and the seed of life. We call upon the wise spirt of Cacao, sing, drum, laugh and cry. All of you welcome in this ceremony for women.

Healing from within...

How can it help...

We all know Cacao as a delicious drink, or to sit in ceremony to receive healing, guidance and commune with the unseen but Cacao is a medicine. She (Cacao) Can help lift our mood and support many mental health issues, there is much evidence to support this. Cacao is also a medicine for the womb, many indigenous cultures work with cacao to support many different stages of a women's life. Meet our wonderful host Indianna Hill

Welcome, beautiful beings. I am so happy you have found your way here.

I am a Plant and Womb Medicine Woman working with many modalities, such as jungle and native plants, drum medicine, cosmic frequencies, soul language, and more.I have been working in the health and wellbeing world for 26 years, with a wide spectrum of training and initiations, from advanced Beauty Therapist, Nutrition and Cookery teacher, Egyptian Yoga, Personal Training, Reiki, and Mental Health. This year I started a 3 year course in Naturopathy.

I am also trained in Yoni Shakti Womb Yoga and trauma-informed care. I have undergone Master Plant initiations, deep womb trainings across various cultures and trained across the world, with deep initiations and training in Ibiza, France, Glastonbury, Peru, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Mexico. With the vast knowledge I have gained over the years, I now combine these healing modalities to support others on their healing journey and mission.

I have shared spiritual teachings for 6 years, with the focus on Cacao and Shamanism. I founded The Medicine for Women - a matriarchal training school in 2023, holding international retreats and trainings, along with online Apothecary

I have walked with Cacao for nearly 10 years. I began my time with her in an unconscious apprenticeship for 3 years, which was held in a dieta protocol. I then began to hold ceremonies but it didn’t feel right without training, that training was a week long which felt off for me. 3 years later Cacao called me to the jungle were I traveled alone for 5 months across 4 countries in Latin and South America and trained and sat with the trees, I currently have had 7 human teachers with cacao and of course the cacao tree herself. I work with all parts of the Cacao Tree, leaves, flowers and bark. I love her so much!

My womb journey began near 9 years ago, I was a devotee to the womb without knowing… I sat in many circles and healing for myself due to trauma y own womb has been through. I have experienced, sexual abuse, PMDD, forced baby loss and bleeds that have lasted for 4.5 months.

I know in every bone in my body that those of us called to support the healing of women must have some understanding of the womb, for our clients benefit and our own.

Contraindications

Although cacao is safe for most of us some people should take extra precautions for themselves before eating or drinking cacao.

Cacao is contraindicated with antidepressants including some SSRIs and all MORI antidepressants. If you are on high doses, I would not advise drinking a cacao. If you are on smaller doses smaller amounts of cacao are usually ok, but as always consult your doctor. In the weeks leading to the ceremony, you may want to test doses. Start with 5-10g in 250ml of water and see how that is for you. Please note cacao raises serotonin levels significantly.

For people with increased anxiety, a history of seizures, diabetes and heart conditions please consult your doctor before ingesting cacao.

More information on request. If you have asthma, please have your inhaler beside you.

Please note that by purchasing a ticket you agree that The Jasper Cacao Project Ltd and Shane Cooke and Indianna Hill are not liable for any injury or harm that you may incur at this practice/class & you fully understand the contraindications of ingesting Cacao. You agree to take full responsibility of yourself, your health, your well-being and all of your belongings whilst at the workshop.

Amazing event with Indiana hosted at Jasper Cacao community space. Fantastic to be in a safe space surrounded by like minded people. I can highly recommend Indiana’s workshop and ceremony, they both had benefits and were well worth the cost. I’ll be booking again!
