A one-to-one Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Journey offers a safe, deeply held space to journey inward, moving beyond the constant activity of the mind and into the wisdom of the body. This is not about forcing an experience or chasing a breakthrough, but gently softening what has been braced for too long, allowing what is ready to move to move, and coming back into relationship with yourself.
Through conscious connected breathing, carefully curated music, immersive sound, body awareness, and grounded integration, you are supported throughout the entire journey in a trauma-aware, steady, and contained environment.
The breath becomes a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, helping to quiet mental noise and create the conditions for deeper awareness, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. By working directly with the breath, we can support the body in shifting out of long-held states of stress, tension, and survival responses, allowing space for greater ease, clarity, and connection.
When experiences cannot be fully processed in the moment, they do not simply disappear. They can remain within us as tension, protective patterns, emotional charge, or disconnection from parts of ourselves. Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a pathway into these deeper layers in a way that talking alone often cannot. The analytical mind softens, the body speaks, and what has been held can begin to unwind.
Following the breathwork journey, you will be guided into an immersive Sound Journey. The vibrations and frequencies of sound offer a powerful opportunity for rest, integration, and reflection, allowing the nervous system to settle and absorb the experience. This is often where deeper insights, peace, and a sense of wholeness can emerge.
This is deep work, yet it is grounded rather than dramatic, regulated rather than chaotic. Your system sets the pace. You are never pushed beyond what feels right, and you are supported every step of the way.
Upon booking, you will receive a consultation form to complete. In some cases, a short phone or video consultation may be required before your session.
Things to consider before booking: If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please review the contraindications listed at the bottom of the booking page to ensure this work is suitable for you. If you are unsure, please email info@jaspercommunityspace.com with any questions or consult your healthcare professional before booking.
There are times in life where you realise you are functioning, but not fully feeling. You might be carrying tension that never quite switches off, reacting more quickly than you would like, feeling flat, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of holding everything together. You may have talked things through and understood the story, yet your body still feels braced. A session can be powerful when you sense something is ready to shift, when you are willing to meet yourself honestly, and when you want support to move from coping into genuine regulation and reconnection. This work is for those moments when you know you are ready to go deeper, safely and with guidance.
This method can support you with:
It is not about fixing you.
It is about giving your system the conditions it needs to reset, integrate and remember its own capacity to heal.
My one to one sessions are designed to be a sanctuary of safety, where self-love and self-expression are encouraged and honoured. This space is free from judgment and supported by a shared intention or supporting healing of mind, body and spirit. Through the gentle guidance of these practices, you are invited to turn inward, embracing and honouring your own emotions, needs, and stories. This safe container fosters vulnerability and authenticity, encouraging you to let go of self-criticism and nurture compassion for yourself. You are invited to express yourself freely, creating a sense of belonging, inner peace, and acceptance that lingers long after the session closes.
We begin with a gentle grounding practice, allowing time to settle into the space, connect with the body, and set an intention for your journey.
From there, you will be guided into Conscious Connected Breathwork, lying down comfortably and fully supported. Using connected breathing, carefully curated music, and gentle guidance, we create the conditions for the mind to soften and the body to begin releasing what it may have been holding. Throughout the journey, I remain present, holding the space and supporting whatever arises with care and awareness.
The active breathwork journey typically lasts around 45 to 60 minutes. Where appropriate, supportive bodywork may be offered. This is always consent-based and can help release tension, support emotional expression, and encourage deeper relaxation.
As the breathing journey naturally comes to completion, you will be guided directly into a restorative Sound Journey. The frequencies and vibrations from gongs, crystal bowls, rattles and other instruments provide space for integration, reflection, and nervous system regulation, allowing the effects of the breathwork to settle deeply into the body.
We then take time to gently return, reflect on your experience if you wish, and ensure you leave feeling grounded, supported, and connected.

Sound Healing
While sound healing is a deeply relaxing and beneficial practice, there are some important contraindications to keep in mind to ensure a safe experience for everyone. People who are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a history of seizures, or use a pacemaker or other metal implants should consult with a healthcare provider before participating. The powerful vibrations from gongs and other instruments can sometimes create intense resonance within the body, which may not be suitable for these individuals. For pregnant participants beyond the first trimester, sound healing can often be enjoyed safely, but it's best to keep a slight distance from the strongest vibrations, like those from gongs. Additionally, if you have any sensitivity to sound or are prone to anxiety, let the facilitator know so adjustments can be made to ensure a comfortable experience. At our event, your well-being is our top priority, and we're here to help make this journey as safe and enjoyable as possible.
