About the Event

Every day, you carry the weight of other people’s crises, needs, fears and hopes. You step forward when others can’t. You hold the line, steady the chaos, and give more of yourself than most will ever see.

This free Rest & Rejuvenate Sound Healing Session is our offering back to you — a gentle sanctuary at the end of the month where your nervous system can finally unclench, your breath can deepen, and your spirit can exhale.

It’s created especially for those who serve our communities: emergency response personnel, firefighters, police officers, paramedics, NHS staff, lifeguards and RNLI crew, charity workers, volunteers, youth workers, and social services teams working with children and families. If you show up for others, this space is for you.

You’ll be held in a cocoon of soothing sound and grounding frequencies designed to dissolve stress, quiet the noise you carry from long shifts or heavy days, and invite your whole system back into balance. Think of it as a reset for your heart, your mind, and your body — a moment that asks for nothing from you except to simply be.

We are endlessly grateful for everything you give to the world. This is your time to receive.

Come rest, soften, and remember that you deserve care too.

Feeling Safe

A safe space to open your heart

Our circles are designed to be a sanctuary of safety, where self-love and self-expression are encouraged and honored. In this space, everyone is free from judgment and supported by a shared intention to heal and connect. Through the soothing energies of sound and the gentle guidance of our practices, participants are invited to turn inward, embracing and honoring their own emotions, needs, and stories. This safe container fosters vulnerability and authenticity, encouraging you to let go of self-criticism and nurture compassion for yourself. Whether through quiet reflection or shared experiences, each person is invited to express themselves freely, creating a sense of belonging, inner peace, and acceptance that lingers long after the circle closes.

The Benefits of Sound Healing

Experience the profound benefits of sound healing where the vibrational power of sound is used to harmonise body, mind, and spirit. Sound healing works by resonating deeply with our body's natural frequencies, allowing each cell to release tension and restore balance. The gong, in particular, produces a vast range of frequencies that penetrate the body at a cellular level, clearing stagnant energy and promoting deep healing. These sound vibrations help to calm the nervous system, shift brainwaves to a meditative state, and release emotional blockages, allowing for complete relaxation and renewal. Join us in this transformative journey, where you can experience true inner peace and rejuvenation.

Spiritual & Emotional Effects

Frequencies

Decreases anxiety and worry helping us to go deep within ourselves and heal on a profound celluar level

Emotions

Helps release emotional blockages, energetic heaviness and stagnancy that no longer serve us, helping us to feel freer and open.

Subconscious

Enables us to access trapped emotions, conditions, patterns of behaviour and addictions that are buried deep in the sub-conscious.

Contraindications

Important: Please Read

While sound healing is a deeply relaxing and beneficial practice, there are some important contraindications to keep in mind to ensure a safe experience for everyone. People who are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a history of seizures, or use a pacemaker or other metal implants should consult with a healthcare provider before participating. The powerful vibrations from gongs and other instruments can sometimes create intense resonance within the body, which may not be suitable for these individuals. For pregnant participants beyond the first trimester, sound healing can often be enjoyed safely, but it's best to keep a slight distance from the strongest vibrations, like those from gongs. Additionally, if you have any sensitivity to sound or are prone to anxiety, let the facilitator know so adjustments can be made to ensure a comfortable experience. At our event, your well-being is our top priority, and we're here to help make this journey as safe and enjoyable as possible.

More information on request. If you have asthma, please have your inhaler beside you.

Another great event from Shane and The Jasper Cacao Project! Welcoming, with relaxation, time and space for setting intentions and letting go of what no longer serves. Shane had prepared Mugwort Tea for us all and I found it to be very soothing. Followed by the most wonderful sound bath. I left feeling deeply relaxed and renewed... I literally floated out of the door. Thanks again, looking forward to the next one x

This was an fantastic experience in which I reaffirmed my intentions for the year ahead as well as rejuvenating my body through the power of sound after a hard but fulfilling week. Everyday since the sound bath I've felt energised, focused, and motivated. I can't recommend this amazing event enough and can't wait until the next. Thank you Shane.
