Join us in peace and love...

The Sounds and Syllables of Mantra hold the frequency of our ancient Cosmic memory. The sound vibrations will resonate in your heart and mind when chanting in a group.

If we take the practice deeper and have a regular mantra practice then the resonance will go much deeper. Through mantra japa, we become more connected and more aware of our own Divine Self, our own Inner freedom.

No matter how hard the situations and feelings we find ourselves in life, may the divine essence remind us of the freedom and bliss that always is, that can never be lost, no matter what is happening outside.

It will be an immersive experience in the flow of the present moment and will include elements of the following, allowing ourselves to be instruments of peace benefiting the greater good of all life:

The meaning of mantra and why/how we use these practices:

  • Integrating the sound into our bodies.
  • Sharings from Sanatan Dharma, sacred teachers and sages who have passed down the traditions for thousands of years.
  • Practice of mantra japa.
  • Different ways to incorporate mantras into your life.
  • Suggestions for the continuation and deepening practice.

“The man’s got energy and rhythms that could get mountains dancing...” Duncan Stirling - Shamanic Storyteller & Musician

The Flow

This gentle session will include..

  • Nyasam
  • Mantra Japa Practice
  • Peace Prayers
  • Immortal Death Immortal Rebirth Meditation

Together, these practices create a sacred container for deep inner connection and renewal. Through sound, silence, prayer, and meditation, we align body, mind, and spirit with the universal rhythm of peace and love, opening space for healing, transformation, and joyful presence in the moment.

“Antarma plays with every fibre of his being and moves every atom for miles around with his sound, making us smile, breathe, jump around and gasp at the wonders of creation. He generates so much love, I hope everyone in the world gets to hear him.”

Unity

We gather as one

This is more than an event; it’s a collective intention. Together we celebrate life, share music, and connect with the energy of unity. By gathering as one, we amplify love, acceptance, and connection, sending ripples of love out into the universe.

Are you coming to both sessions?

If you are attending both sessions, please note there is a 1.5-hour break in between. Feel free to rest with us, or take the opportunity to eat or go for a walk. If you are not staying for the second session, we kindly ask that you leave within 30 minutes of the end of Session one so we can prepare the room for Session two.

Refreshments

We will have cans of kombucha, cacao juice, CanO Water, and Yogi teas. There will also be a fruit basket with a donation box. Jugs of iced water will be supplied free of charge, and in Session 2 you will receive a cup of cacao for the cacao ceremony. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle and snacks if you wish.

Introducing Antarma

Growing up in London, Antarma’s influences and collaborations are truly multicultural – from Ancient Sanskrit Mantras of the Sanatan Dharma Indian Tradition to Amazonian, Sufi and African Brazilian Sacred Traditions. He wove these teachings into his skills as a rapper and percussionist, first making his name busking on the streets of London, captivating hundreds with just drum and voice.

He now brings this same vibrancy into powerful events that fuse meditation, chanting, song and dance into fully interactive journeys of deep connection and ecstatic joy. Whether playing solo for thousands at festivals or intimate groups at retreats, he guides transformational, life-affirming experiences through music, celebration, poetry and mantra practice.

His upbeat djembe drumming unites crowds, often joined by his own dancing amongst them. Alongside this, his deeply relaxing mantras, guided meditations and adapted English mantra translations – with the blessing of his Guru Mata Vijnanamba Paramahamsa Parivrajika – make ancient verses feel alive and relevant today.

Antarma’s debut singles Aum Shakti Aum and Just to Live continue to move listeners deeply, while his most recent release, Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha (2025), honours the remover of obstacles. He has shared globally at live concerts, ceremonies and retreats across Europe, Asia and beyond, and has appeared at festivals including Udaya Live (Bulgaria), Geneva International Yoga Festival, Mind Body Spirit (London), LoveJam and Medicine Festival.

All of Antarma’s music, mantras and practices are shared with the intention of bringing Peace, Joy, Celebration and Love for all hearts, nature and all beings.
